• We have used CG&A before to replace windows so had no qualms about calling on Simon and his team to replace two more.
As before the survey, manufacture and fitting was seamless with top quality products.
The fitting team took great care of surrounding brickwork and left rooms and exterior spotless.
Would highly recommend City Glass & Aluminium Ltd services. First Class.

• We recently chose City Glass & Aluminium Ltd to replace our front and side windows, as well as our front door. We are absolutely delighted with both the high-quality products and the exceptional service. From my initial enquiry, Simon inspired total confidence in the company’s ethos—a feeling that only grew throughout the project. Every fitter who worked on our home was friendly, courteous, and deeply respectful of our space. Simon truly went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. We highly recommend City Glass & Aluminium and would not hesitate to use them again.

• City Glass and Aluminium have double glazed several areas in our home including a very beautiful tall aluminium and mainly glass porch. We were super thrilled and utterly delighted at its finish and still are.
After a while as heavy rains fell there seemed to be a leak and over time and many return visits with such a courteous and professionally concerned team taking the door in and out, examining each section the problem was finally resolved. We received a brand new door and frame. NOT ONCE during this time did we ever feel abandoned or ignored as often times is the case. This company 'had our backs' completely' Many, many thanks team City Glass and Aluminium and with special thanks to Paul and Simon the owner/manager.
There will always be a cuppa ready for you at our house.😊

The fitters were great leaving everything neat and tidy.
Additionally there was a quick response to a required adjustment post fitting.
  I would highly recommend.

• Your CG&A fitters have done a great job this morning Simon, we're both really pleased with the tri-fold patio doors we invested in 20 years ago. The excellent service from your goodself, extended continuing advice and ease of getting it all maintained is exceptional. Without hesitation we'd recommend CG&A . Our front door upgrade is next...

• As a Parish Councillor, we are always looking for good value for money. Some years ago we had City Glass in to replace all the windows in our Village Hall and they did an excellent job - still as good as new. We have just had them in again to replace 4 sets of emergency exit doors that were wood and going rotten. Once again Simon and his team of fitters have done a great quality job, even coming back to make some minor changes that we didn't know needed doing! Thoroughly recommend this company and would go back to them in a heart beat!

• I am delighted with my aluminium leaded windows. On Simons first visit I was extremely impressed to the high level of finish inside, that was explained to me in regards to my wooden window sills. The fitters worked hard and the rooms were left spotless at the end of each day. I highly recommend City Glass & Aluminium Ltd . Excellent company. Many Thanks Anne.

• I recently had a smart aluminium front door fitted by City Glass.

Both Paul and Darren did a great job, they were both lovely people to have work in my home. They both took great care and attention to detail, to ensure all went well with the fitting for us.

We are very happy with the door and the colour looks amazing!

Whilst this was our first time using the company, I couldn't recommend Simon and the team enough for their professionalism and attention to detail.

• We used CG&A 23 years ago to provide aluminium inserts for timber frames and they still look as good today as they did when they were fitted. We needed to replace 2 fixed units with opening lights. Things move on, and the window profile had become obsolete, but we had a visit from Simon to discuss an alternative. Throughout all of the process, everyone that we have dealt with was courteous, polite and efficient. The finished units look brilliant and were fitted with the same degree of care that we had become accustomed to. A first class service from a firm that is at the top of its game.

• We are delighted with our new doors that have been supplied by City Glass and Aluminium. From the first first appointment, we realised that we were dealing with experts in the industry. They provided us with a competitive quote and have been excellent in all of their communication, from quote to installation. The installation team were professional and friendly, and their attention to detail was outstanding. They also ensured that they cleaned up once the work was complete. We would highly recommend the services of City Glass and Aluminium.
